from accidents on freeways, esp in California. IN AZ near PHX, we have ramp lights to help reduce congestion--to separate on ramp cars. IN CA--near SF and Oakland, I saw no such "process." Monday, between Sacramento and Oakland, it took normal time til we got to the W side of the Vallejo bridge. Then, it was bumper to bumper for 25 miles; absurd. I know on ramp lights would help, also faster Method to remove 2 cars in accidents; what else can make THIS SPECIFIC freeway retain its "fast operating freeway, from beginning to end?"...
